I found this narrator so good. It didn't bother me, for a change, that there wasn't a male narrator as well.⭐️
I found this book really interesting and enjoyable. It's set in different realms as well as earth.
When some immortals want to come out of the shadows and announce themselves to humans, a war breaks out. The 'Lord of the Shadow Realms' side wins. It's a brutal war, and billions die, especially when the insane lord unleashes his dragons on earth!😱
Many want him dead because his paraoia, brutality, and insanity are extreme, even his past allies!🙏🏼
Lexi and her aunt meet the dark fae royalty at a celebration. She is enamoured by Prince Cole. They'll eventually meet again. He's very protective of her, and they grow very close. She thinks he's abandoned her when he has to return to his realm for a few days. Unfortunately, it's far more heartbreaking and gruesome than that!🐉🩸

Shadow of Fire
This book is a great start, laying out all the characters. The story kicks in strait away, with celebration after the war finished only the winning side is not happy with the out come.
They seems to be a lot of animosity between people on the winning side. Meg Price narration brings the story alive.
