Very Interesting
I suspect that I have sleep apnea, but I have never had it checked. This book has loads of very useful info on breathing. I have read a Breath book and bought a grounding mat, which really helps me sleep better; it could be because I breathe better as a result of using it. I will never find out. I believe that we can heal ourselves with the right breathing exercises and being mindful of our breathing.
Regardless, how we breathe might seem insignificant, but it can affect our health, reaching very far and wide. It should be in everyone's best interest to educate ourselves about it. This book will be your start. There are plenty of breathing exercise and bonuses!
Also the author narrates his own book! Perfect, recommended!
