Very effective.

Induces deep, refreshing sleep. Very relaxing to listen to - always fall asleep before the end, except on one occasion when disturbed by traffic noise. Although I suffered from interrupted sleep on this occasion, I still felt quite well rested the next day, probably due to the relaxing effect of the brain entrainment which seems to induce deep, slow breathing.

Put-on an exaggerated tones

I liked the idea of this but in reality all this audiobook does is serve as a wind up! The narrator's slow, exaggerated speaking feels too put on and unnatural to relax to. I stuck with it hoping I would just get used to it, but this really hasn't turned into an enjoyable listen or way to get to sleep. The background music is nice, and would have been easy to fall asleep to on it's own! Hopefully someone else will find this audiobook useful, but it just isn't for me.
