Comforting path to healing

The explanation of somatic therapy is clear, even if you’re completely new to the concept. The book does a great job of breaking down why it works and how trauma lives not just in the mind but also in the body.

The breathing and movement exercises are simple yet powerful. They’ve helped me tune into my body’s sensations and start releasing the tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. The mindfulness techniques are another highlight. It's a simple way to build resilience and self-awareness.
