Worth The Listen

I have practiced meditation for several years now and I have to say, Samantha's voice was quite soothing. Nothing is worse than following a guided meditation when the voice of the person leading the meditation is for lack of a better word, annoying. The affirmations are empowering and uplifting. The meditations are clear and well-spoken. This is great for beginners as well as people like myself who have been practicing for years. Truly enjoyed listening
