Not the best...
There are many such books that seem to be put together by someone who is looking to cash in on their basic understanding of a subject. More of a narrated ebook, it covers the fundamentals with a few opinions on methods. Unfortunately, it is either poorly narrated or is full of so many grammatical errors that the narrator struggles at times to cohesively get the point across. Only purchase if you have tokens to spare.

Good but Robotic AI narrator
Good information but the narrator sounds like an AI robot reading the book. It misses words, has no emotion and makes it difficult to understand. Very unfortunate considering all the 5 star reviews...
