My daughters grinding

My daughter, now 9 years, has been grinding her teeth since I can remember. To the extent that pieces of the teeth have chipped away. Recently, she started getting lock jaw too. Despite my plea to the dentist, they would not give her a mouth guard. Now that her adult teeth are coming through, I was desperately worried about the problem.
I decided I would try this audiobook, it was so calming to listen to. The female voice is so gentle and soothing. I’d play it to her at night. Instantly it began to work. I was amazed, but hesitant that it would not last for long. We use it every night, and after three weeks, not a single grind in sight. Not a sound! It seemed too good to be true, but I want to honestly encourage everyone to try it. I hope it would work for you as much as it has done for us.
It comes in two parts. Firstly, a deeply relaxing walkthrough of your physical and mental state. Then it moves on to the specifics of stopping the grinding. She’s usually asleep by that point, but her mind must still be taking the words in.
I’m utterly thrilled, but only wish I’d tried this earlier.

Same audio as another title

As per the reviewer below, this identical audio appears in a set of material authored by Rachel Meddowes. They can’t both have written and narrated it. If you’re struggling with sleep and bruxism you’re not going to want to buy two identical products.
As to the efficacy, it hasn’t worked yet but maybe it needs more time.

It works!

I struggled to believe that I was grinding my teeth, but my dentist kept suggesting it. After years of weird symptoms, unexplained tooth weakness and pain on eating with zero decay, I began to wonder . . .
After a few sessions of falling asleep with this meditation my teeth have improved incredibly. No more pain on eating and even the gaps between my teeth are diminishing. I reckon I have been clenching my teeth, not grinding and I am now noticing when I do this during the waking day.
A life changing listen

It really does work.

I’ve grinded my teeth for years and have periodically used this book over the years to help that. Highly recommend - I think you’ll notice a difference.

Narrators voice makes me grind my teeth

Nice story, but I found the narrators voice very patronizing and not at all relaxing. I couldn't do the 21 days because each night the thought of listening to her made me want to grind my teeth. I'll stick with headspace!
