I found this practical

This has some clear steps to recognize and change negative behaviors. There's some practical advice to anyone who want to help build healthier relationships. I thought the narrator's voice was engaging, I found the content easy to follow and useful.

Much needed

Much needed in my family, there are several people who I would consider 'toxic' though I also feel that word is a bit cruel. It does label people, and we have to remember they can change. This book will show you how.

Inner peace, finally

Wow, this is one of those books that change your life. Sometimes, there is toxic behavior in yourself, or in other people that you don't notice until you read books like this. Very eye opening, and can save you from years of pain.

Full HOW-TO book on DETOXIFICATION

This author provides actionable steps and realistic exercises to guide you through the crisis of detoxing. She very successfully provides all the steps necessary to avoid negativity and get out of a negative vortex that we can all occasionally find ourselves in.
This was a great Audiobook that is capable of helping all of us at some point in our lives. Try this book.

Enjoyable Audiobook!

I really enjoyed this audiobook on how to stop toxic behaviours. I think this could be important for anyone. I truly enjoyed the contrast to listening to this and watching 'Apple Cider Vinegar' on Netflix. Haha!

Break the Negative Cycle

I was fed up of being in a negative cycle and knew I needed help to break free from it as I could see it was starting to effect my relationships. This has been the perfect audiobook to help get me through the often messy journey to self improvement.
