I’ve had an awful lot of help with my mental health over the years from a number of therapists and psychologists. If only I had come across Dr Schnack’s work sooner. Now we can all enjoy her wisdom and experience thanks to Ten Times Calmer. Follow her practical advice and straightforward strategies and you might not have to take the scenic route like me. Total breakdown of help for anxiety
I found this to be such a big help. I have implemented a number of the strategies into my daily life and am already seeing some results. I can see it’s going to be hard work and take a lot of willpower but I’m looking forward to seeing further results.

Life changing book
The difference between this book and others I’ve read is that this book not only describes the problems anxiety creates but - critically - gives many numerous and varied practical solutions . For the first time I think there might be a solution that might work

Best book for Health Anxiety
I’ve read a lot of books on my journey to overcome the most debilitating anxiety disorder (GAD and health anxiety). This author changed my life! You can’t just read the book and expect to be cured just as you can’t read a health book and expect to be healthy by just reading it,
You have to do the work that is outlined in the book. Once you actually do the work that’s when your life will change. This authors instagram is also absolutely amazing also.

Does not do what the title says
9/10 of the book is telling you the authors' accolades and what g.a.d and panic disorder, etc. the last 30mins of the 12 hours+ is telling you to relax. I want a full refund really and truly I think the hype made me buy it but ultimately it did nothing as nothing new is mentioned and you will have to use a pdf with the audio to get the full experience. disappointing the audio book goes over the same concepts and ideas again and again.
