It’s quite steamy….
Light reading predictable ending but still enjoyable. It is kind of a mills and boons style.

Dual POV
i liked the story I thought it was really cute, I do think the FMC is a bit gullible and naive but I still liked her, I think I just struggled to get a long with her voice actor. But I really liked the MMC and his voice actor. I really liked that there were two voice actors but I found it really annoying/cringy when they would read the other characters lines during their POV chapters. If there is already 2 voices why not just get them to speak all their own speaking parts?? It kind of ruined it for me as it sounded like they were also trying to make fun of them and it was hard to enjoy since they sounded so different from how the actual voice actor sounded and it definitely took it down a star because of this.

Fantastic, fun and steamy read/listen
Another great story by the author! Monroe and Juliet both struggle with their own inner turmoils and insecurities. But now they are back visiting the small town they re-met in 8 years ago. Will their relationship come full circle or will their doubts and insecurities win?...
Narrators were great too as always!

Excellent naration
Audiobook review
I think both narrator’s were excellent. However the story lacked a little for me. I just couldn’t get onboard with Monroe it felt like he was manipulating Juliet. Juliet was so trusting and sweet however Monroe was so closed off.

It got boring
It just was very hard to think Monroe would not just tell Juliet how he felt instead of being all ...wanting her to himself but not wanting to commit...very selfish . Juliet came across like she had the lowest self esteem ever to put up with his rubbish.

A lighthearted story
The story is very easy to digest, no big plot twists or unnecessary drama included. It's a light palette cleanser and overall pretty enjoyable to listen to. The only thing I was put off by was the way the narrators read the lines of the opposite sex, making the MMC somstimes sound like a cave troll and the FMC sound like your average high- pitched, pink wearing girlie. The choice of words in the sex scenes was at times cringe-worthy but apart from that the story was enjoyable enough to get past my dislikes.

Well, dual Pov hits different when the male's perspective is soooooo good
I was in the mood for a romance and well, damn, it served 🤭 The "experiment" got me giggling, wishing for more, curling my toes, loving every second of it.
I didn't quite understood the problem Monroe had, I would love for more info regarding the way he sees himself and why he thinks he can't serve the love he knows Juliet deserves, but 🤷♀️ it is what it is.
Nevertheless, his POV was soooo funny, so smart, so natural, I looooved him, I desperately want more of his POV .
The story was valid, well built and has something to tell, not a vacant story. This is why I love books like that . It has niiiice spicy, so yeah. Pretty much it had it all.
Definitely an easy going book for the summer, totally recommend it!
FYI of course I'm gonna search for the male narrators book hihihi 🤭🤭🤭
