Summary

I am Andrew First, Leader of the Architects Clan. We've managed to leave Novosibirsk, where the zombies and mutants are becoming stronger and more numerous by the day. Justification of dictarship

First book was OK, but than all is about how great dictarship is and how it is so better than democracy. All hail the hero, everyone that is not in line will die
