healthy escapism!

I’ve always turned to books for comfort, but I never knew there was a name for it, bibliotherapy! This book explained how reading the right stories at the right time can help with stress, anxiety, and even self-discovery. One part really stuck with me; how certain books find you when you need them most. That’s happened to me so many times! I even added a few of the suggested books to my reading list. If you love reading and personal growth, this is a must-listen
