A Game Changer!
This book is applicable to so many situations outside of selling real estate. I'm so glad that I was lucky enough to come across it because I can see how to apply it's principles and tips in everyday life and at work or in other situations. The book not only addresses how to negotiate when you are leading out, but when you are responding to other people who are negotiating with you and may be using some of the tips. Brilliant coverage on the topic in a short amount of time.
