A calming, fascinating listen (and read)
It's something we all take for granted, and yet Yolanda Barker helps us to see how vital and amazing the breath is. I really loved hearing her calm voice explain her research and guide me through the breathing exercises. I have so much more insight and awareness now about my own breath and how it affects my mood/health. I used to force my breathing to fit exercises mandated by yoga & meditation teachers but this book has probably changed my meditation practice for the better, for life.
