Great and easy to follow practices!
I'm a clinical psychology student and I came upon this audio-book by chance. Rosanna Carella's extensive background with meditation and mindfulness practices can be read in between each part and each exercise. I like how simple the practices are explained and they are great to use with patients based on their needs.

Lot's of tips in this audio-book
I like this audio-book, my father recommended it to me. He helped me so much, gave me new guidance and understanding. It's a great audio-book for someone who is looking for simple and effective tools and guidelines for their meditation practice, without ideology or religious ideas.

Excellent beginning to mindfulness.
