Fascinating and frightening
It’s pretty clear from this expose by Geoff White that legitimate business has been bastardised by - and in some ways owes its origins to - the Dark Web and the people who conduct their dealings on there.
Governments and major global organisations are also implicit in its growth and activity especially as it was basically the need for anonymity among spies that even spawned this!
