Summary

The Dexan Queen of Speed is a story of a six-year-old, motherless boy. In his quest to find a mother, he comes across a train in which he travels every day and starts to find that the train is displaying motherly qualities.

The Dexan Queen responds to the emotional challenges posed; fitting well into all the maternal roles and demonstrates the instincts which were part of her design.

Powerful, thought provoking and captivating!

I would like to highly recommend this beautifully written novel to all children and adults. The setting is original and incredibly thought provoking and the characters are interesting and relatable. Listening to The Dexan Queen of Speed provided me with a unique opportunity to reflect over what it means to be human. I immensely enjoyed listening to this book and recommend it to all.
