Summary

Two sisters, one nightmare.

The last thing they wanted to do was spend time with each other. Now their very survival depends on it.

Forced from their home and thrown into an apocalyptic horror neither could have imagined, they didn’t think things could get any worse. They were wrong.

As they navigate the city to escape to safety, terror lurks for them on every corner. The reanimating virus has taken away everything they loved, but today, they’re going to start fighting back.

Living or dead, everyone is a threat. The rules have changed and for these two, time is running out. What will they do to survive? What will they do for each other? Is being family reason enough to stay together? Now, they’re about to find out.

This is a great little book and finished far too soon. Good introduction to the sisters and their strengths and weaknesses.

Gripping!

My husband and I loved listening to Kim Bretton's narration of The End of Everything. Kim really brings the characters to life and we couldn't stop listening! We have already downloaded the next in the series and will be listening to more of Kim's narration in the future.

A new beginning

What a wonderful start to a new series!
The main characters, although vulnerable, really mean business. There are so many ways this story could go and I can't wait for the next book. The narration is wonderful, painting the horrifying picture step by step. Perfectly enunciated and so atmospheric. I found myself holding my breath in several places willing the characters on and hoping for the best. Christopher and Kim make a great Audible pairing and I hope this will continue through other books. Loved it!

Refreshing zompoc

I really enjoyed listening to this book CHRISTOPHER Artinian obviously grew up with sisters as his portrayal was almost spot on for sibling rivalry at the beginning of the book. I am looking forward to the rest of this series.

Brilliantly narrated

Thoroughly enjoyable and so well narrated by Kim Breton. I enjoyed reading the book so much but it was even better listening to it on Audible. The pace was just right not too rushed and got the characters just right. Can’t wait for the next one! Thank you Chris and Kim 👍

Brilliant!!

Fantastic start to the series! Two sisters caught in and trying their best to survive in a Ram-infested and devastated world, meeting one challenge after another. Their story is set in the Safe Haven world, which is familiar and refreshing. I like how there is an expectation for previous characters to cross paths, which is great. The suspense and the anticipation are marvelously composed; you never know what's next, keeping you on the very edge of your seat. The storyline is fast-paced and gripping; the action scenes are intense and exciting; my attention was captured and held the entire time. The character development is excellent; the personalities are distinctly defined and relatable with realistic reactions to the situations.

Another stellar performance by Kim Bretton. She channels the characters, emulating the nuances of the various personalities and mannerisms, bringing them to life. It was so worth the listen, and I'm definitely recommending The End of Everything.
