Summary

An old Victorian house in a quaint New England college town provide the setting for this compelling ghostly mystery that crosses decades in a quest for peace and redemption.

Linda Harner Metzner has spent almost 40 years away from the town where she met and married her recently deceased husband, Alex. Nostalgia leads her to buying the old Victorian house where they had lived briefly and had been very happy. But Linda’s desire to find healing is disrupted by a singing spirit, determined to draw her back into the past.

She is guided by her friend, the irrepressible Maureen, who stands staunchly by, and the sturdy, skillful Jamie whose knowledge and affection provide a safe haven amid the uncertainty. As she unravels the clues in the ghost’s songs, Linda must face and accept unbelievable revelations about those she loves so that she and the spirit can both move on.

Listen to the sweet voice of the ghost girl as she sends her plea to Linda who must decipher them to give her peace and resolution.
