Summary
The KGB thought that there wouldn't be any blow-back after sending a Directorate S agent into Israel to use El Al airlines to detonate a nuclear weapon in New York City.
They were wrong.
Saul Greenbaum is dead, Marin Sutcliffe and Jacob Mitzak have returned to New York and The Box has been decommissioned.
Will Hessler is now alone, out on his own and headed to Moscow to deliver a message to Colonel Sokolov and anyone else who had a hand in an operation that nearly killed thousands.

Absolutely brilliant!
What a book! What a series!
These just got better and better. Building the tension higher and higher.
I can't wait to read or listen to more books featuring Will Hessler,a character who has become one of my favourites.
As always Commodore James has done a brilliant job of bringing these characters to life.
This book carries straight on from Going Dark.
Will Hessler is alone, going in to the lions den, that is the KGB headquarters.
His mission is payback for the events in Going Dark.
He is there to deliver a message to Colonel Sokolov and any one else who had a hand in an operation that nearly killed thousands of people.
Can he accomplish this mission alone?
Does he need allies?
Can he trust the people who have stepped forward to help him?
I highly recommend you dive in to find out
