Much better than I expected
I initially thought this book would be a cliched and non-informative, but I was pleasantly surprised. This listen offers excellent knowledge on preparing for childbirth, what to expect during and after birth, and bringing the baby home. The information provided is thorough and incredibly helpful.

Emotional reassurance

Reassuring guide for dads
If you are expecting your first child and don't have much experience with young kids, this book is super helpful for learning what to expect and what to do. A lot of the info is probably stuff you've heard before, but it's great to have it all organized by the baby's age. The chapters are short and have recaps of the key points.

I absolutely love it!
I'm so grateful I had the chance to review this book. I wanted a book like this for my husband as we're expecting our first baby, and I absolutely love it! It offers excellent reminders on how to be present during the transitions and provides actionable advice for dads to support both mom and baby. I've been listening to it myself to get familiar, and it's been a great reminder for me as well.
