Write your way to success
Journaling has been a great way for me to gain clarity in the direction of my life. It is also a great way to track your journal and see how have I grown or changed over the years. Compared to Emily's Daily Journaling book, this book is geared toward people who want to use journaling as a tool for personal development, goal setting, and improving self-awareness. Great book of ideas!!
I got this book became my therapist recommended I start journalling but I was struggling to write down anything meaningful. I would sit there staring at an empty page...sometimes for over an hour!!!
This book has lots 9f tip and ideas for getting started. Not to overthink about what you are writing. keep writing about your problem until the solution presents itself...I can say this has started to happen for me.
I write everyday, even if it's just to note down my goals for the next day!
The author has given an amazing amount of not only ideas about what you could write about but also lots of encouragement and reassurance for developing a better mindset and growing as a person.

Next level journaling
This book is excellent for anyone who wants to take journaling to the next level. Journaling can be a very therapeutic habit, but the author shows you how you can use it to create success, health and happiness. The narrator has great emotion and is very entertaining. If you like to journal, this is the perfect book to expand your habit.

Powerful Tool!
A girl friend told me about the benefits of writing a journal, how it has helped her in her life. I’m a writer, so I bought a book on the subject out of curiosity. Grow personally by writing in a journal. What to write?
I liked the content of the book and the how to fix your problems part. It's very interesting and I let you find out the value inside. I recommend it if you want to transform your life.

A technical asset to journaling
I enjoyed how this book presented many ways in which journaling is beneficial to the mind and body - I had not realised there were so many valuable short and long term benefits to this practice.
My journaling time has become kind of like therapy, creating a sacred space for mindfulness and presence to observe my life from a different (detached) point of view. I have been making the most of it and have already observed how journaling gratitude is more powerful than simply observing it. I am glad a came across this book to help develop these skills and also make a long-term habit of journaling, to better nurture my mental health.
