Summary

Being a Jewish housewife isn't all bagels and borscht.

There's a much deeper, sometimes darker, and often laugh-out-loud funny side to Jewish female life that's uncovered in The Secret Diary of a Jewish Housewife.

This is a book for spiritual seekers, original thinkers, and all those women who also grapple with life's big questions.

Disapoitment

The book is not what I expected. There was hardly any introduction. She didn't introduce her family or husband properly. The story isn't personal at all. if she's trying to keep it confidential and neutral so why to bother publishing it at all? It's preaching on Judaism rather than her diary. It wasnt the best decition to be narrated by the author herself. She's slurring and reading too fast. There are mistakes in the audio. It's generally hard to understand. So maximal recommended speed is 0.80 in my opinion.
