Summary

To strengthen its economic power and extend its strategic influence during uncertain times, Washington must lead on global trade. If it doesn’t, it will be left on the sidelines.

just ok

a short summary of America’s trade policy strategies as of 2014. i felt it did not really bring a lot of relevant information, it was mainly stating known or obvious things. it was ok, but not as good as other articles i’ve listened to from Foreign Affairs.
