How far would you go to get your dream job?
In The Temp, Warren (Marek Larwood) is sent to a variety of temp jobs by his recruitment officer Aimee (Vicki Pepperdine) on the promise that if he does a good job, it might become permanent. And each time, the job turns out to be more dangerous and ludicrous than advertised. Open-minded to the point of mindless, Warren never seems to notice that the job is very different to the job description - he just wants to do a good job, and get made permanent.

Light and fun listen.
Warren is a guy looking for a job. Amy, his recruitment consultant, keeps coming up with more and more ridiculous temporary assignments. Warren naively takes on every role and approaches the role with enthusiasm and an eagerness to do a good job, little realising quite what he is getting himself into.
Funny and well performed.
Loved the driving job.
This was as good as any of the paid comedy series listens I have bought.
Bring on series 2.

Makes you giggle

Great listen on short journeys
I only have a 10 minutes drive to and from work each day, loved listening to these short stories, they brightened the start of my day and wound me down at the end. Would love to hear more and hope more will follow.

Not for me
Very Slight amusing moment , but more annoying than funny so gave up after two chapters. Perhaps just not my cup of tea, I newby to audio books.

Season 2 please!
I loved this so much! By far the best free audio show on audible. Very funny with a great story and awesome characters! No complaints here! The main character was so funny and I loved every minute of it!
