Summary

Lord Samuel Keaton refuses to take part in any Christmas festivities, the memories of a tragic and terrible event a few years earlier haunting the festive season. Miss Clara Covington has loved Lord Samuel Keaton ever since she first set eyes on him. A long-time friend of his sister, Elizabeth, Clara yearns for something more than friendship with Samuel. After hearing Samuel complain to his mother about the upcoming Christmas Ball, Clara resolves to write to him anonymously, setting him 12 tasks to help him rediscover the joy of Christmas time. A little reluctantly, Samuel begins the tasks with the help of his friend Victor. Slowly he begins to put the memories of the past behind him, discovering that he actually can enjoy getting into the festive spirit! As the time comes for Clara to reveal herself to be Samuel's mystery writer, a startling revelation from Lady Lovell threatens to push them apart from one another. Can Samuel decipher the truth? Will Clara ever be able to confess her love for him? Find out in this sparkling Christmas romance!

Too bad!

Now I know why some books are much cheaper than others.

This one would hardly qualify as a school essay!

Whilst the reader was pleasant, the rendition was ruined by poor editing and many repetitions. As for the story, it was non existent.
