Care for yourself as you care for others

Sometime we all need help, and even before we can acknowledge we need help. Anyone who is or has been a caretaker understand how difficult the job or tasking can be, This audiobook discusses so many methods for taking care of your personal health, from health and fitness levels, to stress and mental health.

The chapters on legal considerations was very informative and had information about things I never thought about. The information was well presented and made me think about things I had never thought about, I would hope that every care giver would listen to this, as caring for a Dementia patient take a lot.
