The best book out there for conquering menopause
This is by far the most helpful audiobook out there on menopause. Not only does it prepare you for all the stages you’ll experience, but also gives real-life examples and solutions to a lot of the foreseeable and unforseeable problems that will come up. The content covers a vast range of menopause-related topics, from the progression of symptoms that can develop, how to ease these problems through natural and medicinal remedies, and how to promote the maintenance of good physical, emotional and mental health throughout the process. I can’t think of a more all-rounded guide than this one. What I love most though, is how personalised the advice and tips feel. It’s not just generic blanket statements like “you should develop hobbies during menopause” but more of a step-by step guide with examples like “hobbies such as XYZ have helped women during menopause, and this how to nurture these hobbies through XYZ steps”. There’s a lot of real-life experience as examples provided, and it’s much more helpful knowing that you’re following a tried and tested guide that has helped for so many people before.
I read this to support my close friends and family members who are going through menopause, and was surprised at how relevant it still was for myself - as it also addresses the supporter of whoever’s going through menopause. I’m not quite there myself, but for many people I know that are, I feel like I now have a stronger understanding of their struggles and can empathise with it. This book was such a useful vehicle to learn about what exactly makes it difficult, and how to alleviate these difficulties if you’re going through it yourself or if you’re supporting someone who is. The book breaks down the big concerns into manageable aspects so it really couldn’t be easier! Of course you have to put it the effort yourself, but its so beneficial having a guide to follow that takes away most of the initial burden.
I would highly recommend this for anyone going through or approaching menopause, and also for the partners, friends, family members that can be a pillar for support.

Learning about my newest life changes
I have been feeling so cruddy, having hot sweats, and not sleeping. I really didn't want to run straight to meds, so I found this audiobook. The book is very well written and does an amazing job explaining what I am going through and how to make some changes to reduce the cruddy feeling. The recommendations are easy to understand and replicate. Highly recommend if your not sure what's going on and how to make it better.
