Common sense
Generally probably better for those who crash diet and are looking for change in mentality or introduction to a more holistic approach. I was hoping for some hints and tips for healthy meals and possibly recipes rather than the bulk of this which is fairly common sense (eat to nourish, listen to your own body etc, no food is a sin, try and eat more veg yadder). Nicely read by the narrator.
