Where is the content?
I don't know if I'm missing something here, but unlike the Joel Thielke Codependency Sleep cycle hypnosis which I love, all I've been able to find on this is the relaxation intro and then nearly 8 hours of music. Where is the actual confidence-boosting content? (I flicked through it while awake as I hadn't heard any while sleeping).
