Summary
In the wake of her family's collapse, a writer and her two young sons move to London. Life is a series of phases
Loved the detached descriptions and observations of situations and characters. Narrator excellent! Really enjoyed listening!

Beautiful narration, lots of nuggets of wisdom.
Imagine if Kirsten Scott Thomas narrated your life, everything would sound wonderful. What a gift Cusk has to be able to distill so much wisdom from everyday conversations.

The Mysterious storyteller
Likes ….The Characters and their and stories.
Dislikes….
I just know people do not just open up their lives to other’s scrutiny…
Especially to known authors!
But only wished they did. In my experience most people cannot or will not see their life experience in this way…. or cannot articulate it.
