Der hat nämlich gerade zehn Jahre im Knast wegen bewaffneten Raubüberfalls gesessen und jeder glaubt, dass Audie Palmer weiß, wo die Beute versteckt ist. Einen Tag vor seiner Entlassung flieht Palmer aus dem texanischen Gefängnis und die Verfolger sind ihm dicht auf den Fersen... Um es mit Stephen King zu sagen: "Ein nervenzerreißender Psychothriller" - ein Muss für Hochspannungsliebhaber.
