Short, sweet and straight to the point
I live personal development, so i chose this ans listened to this all in one go when I needed a pick me up out of a dark place I'd got myself in my head and it worked. Great short book, will keep in my library to listen to again.

Empowering and Impactful
This audiobook is an empowering, impactful and no nonsense approach to sorting yourself out and getting your life back on track. This may not appeal to some, but for myself and many others it’ll be incredibly eye opening, give you plenty to think about and help steer you in the right direction. Fully recommend this audiobook and I will definitely be listening to it again in the future.

Better than any other self help book
This book is down to earth and talk about real life, I have read so many other books but this helps you out thing into action not just thought. I have it on audible as well so I can recap.

What I needed to hear
There’s plenty of quotes and phrases you’ll have heard before, many of them from the same people, but a lot of it phrased in a way that delivers the message and gives you a good kick up the arse.
If you’re in need of a 2-3 hour listen that leaves you clearer and more determined to “stop thinking and start doing” then this checks the box. The Scottish accent adds a quirk.
One common theme in most self-help books, that I listen to anyway, is how they eventually use death as the bowling ball that smashes down all the pins that hold you back from doing what you really want to do. When you’re lying on your death bed with hours left, you’ll think about all those moments in your life where you didn’t take action, because of this and because of that, and think about all the potential missed. This book really hones in on that towards the end and has served as a good motivator for me.
