Essential guide to business and hospitality

Everyone should read this - not just restaurateurs but anyone who runs a business. Will Guidara gives so many brilliant and simple insights into hospitality that you'd never think of. He is a captivating storyteller and this is beautifully narrated.

My favourite book of 2024

If you are passionate about service. This is an absolute must for you. So many truly insightful ideas for any business. I love food and eating out, however my business is helping organisations become better communicators and build trust. I have j learnt so much. Thank you Will, much love xox

Love of the industry

I have been in hospitality industry for over two decades, and a lot of the things I have been struggling with have been so well articulated and resolved by reading this book. I loved it
