More than a cookbook...

This is more than a simple cookbook, the content includes an overview of Veganism. I didn't know that slaughter houses have one of the biggest turnover of staff in any workplace environment for example. The book is a great starting point for those wanting to embrace a more healthy lifestyle and see a reduction / end to animal cruelty. It also includes lots of great recipes to get you going. Would recommend.
