Summary

Where did viruses come from? What are viruses? Are viruses life forms? Are there any bacteria that attack other cells by eating them from the inside out? Are bacteria and viruses the same thing? What are the blood cells? How does the cell know when to divide? What gives a signal? What is the signal? And how does it cause the DNA to condense? A mess of misinformation, opinion and lies

Want to know about the science of viruses? DON'T listen to this book. There is some science in here - about as much as you would find in a GCSE biology textbook (I would know, I teach science), but it is also mixed in with religion, misinformation and the author's opinions on life, based in no way on scientific fact. At some points, the author contradicts themself. They confuse viruses with bacteria at some point and at others just make completely unjustifiable conjecture, such as AIDS being invented because it never infected people until the 1980s. Well, viruses mutate, so it is possible for AIDS to have affected only animals until the 1980s. If you want to learn about the science of viruses, I would recommend a series of lectures or the Youtube channel Vincent Racaniello. For pointless conjecture on why things the way they are, pick any number of people spreading conspiracy theories. Just don't give this author any time or money.
