I sure wish I had this audiobook when I was 40. Now that I'm over 50 and thought I tried everything to lose weight and be healthy, and then I found this book. The author definitely knows what they are talking about, and the hacks are so simple to follow that it removes the self-doubt. A fast and attainable guide

Though I’m not quite 40 yet, I’ve been helping someone be healthier and lose some weight, and this audiobook really helped both of us! The audiobook's focus on feeling lighter and more energetic by week one is motivating, and I love how the tips are simple yet effective. That said, it would’ve been helpful if it explored the mental challenges of weight loss and maintaining desired weight on a deeper level since I think that is the most challenging part for middle-aged women. Still, it’s perfect for anyone ready to take small steps towards a healthier lifestyle!
