About this listen

My new boss is: A former rock star turned grumpy mechanic, a single dad, and my teenage crush.

It was supposed to be a one-week job. Nannying Diego Garza's adorable four-year-old son should've been easy. But things get complicated when Diego catches me doing something I shouldn't. When he confronts me, I do the only thing I can think of: get down on my knees.

To my surprise, he doesn't get angry. Instead, Diego Garza calls me a good girl.

Then my one-week job turns into all summer. I'm living with Diego and his son, desperately trying to forget how right it felt to be on my knees for him and how badly I crave to hear more of his praise.

Except Diego doesn't forget. All day, I take care of his son, and every hot summer night, he takes care of me. He tells me I'm perfect. Beautiful. Sexy.

I want to belong to Diego Garza in every way. But he hasn't asked me to stay when this job is over at the end of summer. When I'm not his nanny anymore, will I still be his?

Where Waves Break can be enjoyed as a complete standalone.

These two will break your heart

We have waited for awhile for this book, it is worth the wait.
Diego and June wow what a story. Diego joins The Seasons Change for a few gigs and June, who is there with her sister, becomes Diego's son Milo's nanny for a few days. June and Milo become instant friends as only a nanny and child can. Diego doesn't remember meeting this timid girl a number of years before and June carries a secret crush for the man you didn't "see" her back then and only sees her as his child's nanny now. That is until just a few minutes one evening changes everything. Diego the gruff, overbearing man of her dreams, sees June as the submissive woman he craves.
At home June leaves her job and finds herself moving to another state and working as Milo's nanny for the summer. She quickly becomes wrapped up in the world where the big gruff man can be brought to his knees by both the son he worships and the timid submissive woman who also has a backbone made of steel. They quickly become obsessed with each other and are looking to a future where the three may become a family. Then an overheard conversion changes it all. June walks way from the man who cannot give all of himself to her because he fears his background and the addictions he has fought and conquered will be passed on to any children he may have in the future. Bad creates bad, Right!!!
Can family convince him he is wrong and crazy to let June go. If he changes his mind can June trust it's because he believes he is worthy of a future with her or is he just desperate to agree to anything to get her back.
This story is so hot( fans at the ready ladies) in places Diego finds his perfect submissive girl. As they become wrapped up in each other and their journey continues this book will take you high, wring you out and plummet you into despair. There are appearances from characters from TSC and Unrequited which rounds both series off beautifully.
The story is all I hoped it would be and is another triumph for Julia. listen to it you won't regret one single minute.
