A great first stop in your property investment journey!
The author does a good job of highlighting the pitfalls to avoid and highs to be achieved in property investment. If you want to earn more from your money, safely, you’d do well to listen in and heed the advice.

It is ok to "skim through"
This book does not tell you where to invest or how. It rather gives you an overview of options available and advertises the author's property investing company. Then audio book is not well edited. It is more like a podcast episode.
