I feel we are starting to build a relationship with our son again after months or quiet, retreated and depressed behavior, we are starting to see a change. He listened this book first while we played it during dinner and requested to listen alone. Couldnt thank you more.

Comforting Advice

Listening to this book made me feel better. It talked about feeling down and worried, and how it's okay to feel that way sometimes. I felt better knowing other people go through it too and that there are things i can do to feel better. it made me think about being kind to myself and finding things that make me happy. This gave me hope and make me feel that maybe the battle isn't so scary if you've got the right guide and people by your side.
