Great resource for stressed out burned out women

I really appreciate how simple mindfulness and meditation can be. I do a daily meditation for 30 minutes a day, but even 10 minutes can make a big impact. The importance is consistency. I really appreciate all of the different options out there to help us remember "mindfulness is a journey, not a destination"

Feeling more empowered

I have been struggling with self-doubt lately, not sure if it's because I am getting close to retirement or what. I wanted to work on myself and found this audiobook. I have listened to it twice through and am loving it. I have taken great notes on my favorite sections and am working through them. I do feel much better about myself and my trajectory towards retirement. I hope to continue to work on myself with the help of this guide and her part 1 book in this series.
