Yoga nidra explained

"Intensive and enlightening . The book gives practice along the talks. The voice was a little high pitch and it required some investment to become accustomed to it. Other than that, would prescribe. Take as much time as necessary, appreciate the excursion. Good audiobook I don't understand why this review has to be so many words in length? Why not take me at my word and accept that I finished the book and that in saying that, it was good enough to complete. "

Awesome book!

"In the wake of having a yoga instructor who has propelled preparing from the writer of this book and rehearsing the contemplation at a studio where I live with her, I'm returning for addresses on this stunning practice too. I've done numerous contemplation practices and this one gets me absolutely off of my mind! I was given a free audit duplicate of this book recording at my solicitation."

This really works!

"Yoga nidra is a simple and wonderful practice that anyone can use and maintain daily. It is especially useful for those who like to meditate but have issues with keeping their back straight for extended periods in traditional sitting meditation. Extraordinary expansion to my guided contemplation advanced assortment. I needed something to assist me with unwinding to a more elevated level, this did it."

Simple yet Transformative

"Yoga Nidra is simple, yet incredibly transformative! There are different stages, levels of experiences, each with their own unique and subtle energies to them. This book goes into great detail about each one, what they are like, and much much more.
