Summary
Whatever happens, whatever prevails, whatever circumstances there are, you are still in charge of your life.
Unless you are held at gunpoint which is highly unlikely then you make all the choices in life - even if it is a choice to follow someone else.
If you do follow someone else as an easy option and it all goes wrong, then it's not them to blame; it is you who put your trust in them, even if they did something stupid. There's no getting away from the truth of the matter about yourself.
By accepting responsibility in life, things do get better. The modern "blame culture" mentality is only for the low-life scumbags who see easy options and self-greed over actually living a life themselves and being a useful part of it.
People who don't take charge of their lives are not to have as friends nor partners nor they re so struck with themselves that they have a selfish meanness and a short view of life. That's not to say the infirm or vulnerable don't need help and guidance. All the actions, successes, failures, deeds that come from your thoughts and actions are about you. Similarly it's important that you don't rely on those that can't make decisions as you will be constantly let down or services will not run efficiently.
In short the people that can't take control of their lives aren't much good to humnanity which even involves some cultures and religions that forever moan and groan and complain and give nothing to society.
A very interesting and informative audio download for those who want to get on in life and see a degree of clarity and future happiness.
