An impactful self-help book

This audiobook was very interesting and great to listen to. I re-would a couple of chapters because they felt so spot-on to some everyday issues. The chapter which discussed negative thoughts and negative thinking seemed to have been written and narrated just for me. Too often do I find myself mired in negativity about an event or work project. The steps I learned from this book are important items I will be able to use and try to incorporate into my life almost each day.

Positvely Amazing!

I struggle with negative thinking and this short but informative self-help audiobook has some good strategies to combat this way of thinking. It is expertly crafted and quick-paced which I quite enjoyed. If you need help cultivating positivism, do not sleep on this title. The narration was well done as well and I liked their voice and delivery. I listened to the whole thing in one sitting and was quite impressed with the amount of information that I added to my positive thinking toolkit! I have a whole new perspective thanks to this well thought out guide.
