Making a plan is great, and so is hoping for the best, but you should also be prepared to not get the birth you're hoping for since it's not up to you at the end of the day. We talk a little about morning sickness, anxieties around being new parents, post-partum depression, and how you should prepare yourself for any kind of birth.
