This episode is dedicated to helping you find YOUR perfect diet, and decondition away from some of the health facts we are surrounded by, so you can give yourself the permission to do you.

    2. Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Dr Caldwell Esselstyn 
    3. The Whole Foods Diet by John Mackey 
    4. The Starch Solution by John McDougall

    Please keep in mind that as per the episode, I don’t subscribe to any of these books wholeheartedly or dogmatically. I just appreciate the essence of their message and they have opened my eyes which is always a good thing.
