Didn't live up to my expectations

It feels more like a monologue from Ruchira Sharma focusing on her own views and feelings about what she has discovered, which frankly is very little. I'm glad I didn't pay for it. it could have been excellent but lacked depth and I'm not sure I really learned anything about psychology for example. Sorry Ruchira but you are really annoying to listen to!
