  • I’m David Magee, and I’m a little crazy — and aren’t we all, in one way or another? For many of us, it’s technically so battling mental health issues like anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and addiction. For others, it's managing stress due to life challenges, from adapting to change to parenting and work. And that's okay! It's good, even, when we learn to manage and channel our distractions into strength, recovery, and lasting joy. My qualifications? I was once lost and lost it all before I learned to manage better and walk confidently against the grain becoming a best-selling author and change-maker. I dig deep to reveal inspirational stories and valuable tools for management, recovery, and personal insight from the perspective of family. Mental health is a family story, as is recovery and finding joy.
