  • On today's episode, Mike and Brandon talk with Andrea Olson of Overflow Worship. Andrea has been involved in worship ministry nearly all of her life. In 2010, she started a unique 1:1 mentorship program for young worship leaders. As local churches began reaching out for training, the Lord expanded her field of vision. With family in tow, she began touring the midwest and serving the local church. In the United States, 95% of the churches have less than 500 people in attendance. It was from this soil that the Overflow Worship Conference blossomed. Andrea launched overflowresource.com with a goal to equip worship teams with practical and useful tools. Many worship leaders have full time jobs and serve their church as a volunteer. The resources Andrea provides will be a blessing to these men and women as they prepare for each week's worship service. The PRAZOR House audience will be encouraged as they listen to Andrea's story and how the Lord has led her along the way.
