Aura Art Therapy

  • Summary

  • This is the first Aura Art Therapy 6 episode podcast series exploring the theme “Feeling our Feelings”. I have been wanting to begin this podcast series for a while as I have felt really passionate and concerned about the importance of feeling what we need to feel and the general escapism around this. My desire from having this collaborative series is that it will offer some insights and spark a deeper conversation encouraging others to allow that process to happen more frequently, more smoothly and without such a bias, shame and reserve.

Although the conversation will no doubt free flow with its own turns, I do have a realm for us to be guided by incorporating the following 3 questions to each 6 people involved in this intimate dialogue:

    1. What does feeling your feelings look like for you/What is your experience of feeling your feelings?
    2. How does that impact life if it is present or absent?
    3. How do we achieve it both individually and with the collective unconscious?

At the end of each episode I will ask each person to have the honours of asking a question to the next guest.

In this first Aura Art Therapy Podcast series we explore the theme of “Feeling our Feelings”.

This first episode is collaborated with another Art Therapist Jade Chung who merges integrative trauma healing, somatic work and coaching into her Art Therapy practice. I admire her commitment to her personal work and her journey to authenticity. Although the conversation will no doubt free flow with its own turns, I do have a realm for us to be guided by incorporating the following 3 questions to each 6 guests involved in this intimate dialogue:

I am intrigued to see how this unfolds.
